- appointments need to be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours before; after this, a $50 fee will occur

- NO SHOW appointments will occur in a 100% service fee

- if arriving with less than 40% of lashes you will be charged accordingly

- we do not refill other lash technician's work

- please clean your lash before arrival, or a $5 fee will occur as this takes extra time

- refunds will not be given for any service; please be in contact within 48 hours of your appointment if a problem occurs
